Basic definition and structural characteristics

PE folded bag is a type of plastic bag that folds inward on both sides to form an "organ shaped" structure, also known as an organ bag, insert edge bag, or M-fold bag. Its core feature is the M-shaped creases on both sides, which allow the bag to be stored flat and greatly increase its capacity when unfolded.

Structural features:

• Fold and heat seal the edges inward on both sides to form a stable M-shaped cross-section

• The folded width is usually 25% -35% of the bag width, providing structural support

• The bottom can be designed as a K-shaped (organ bottom) or flat bottomed structure to enhance stability

• The empty bag is flat and expands into a rectangular shape, with a capacity of 3-5 times the original volume
